Whittier is a neighborhood in Boulder, Colorado, United States. It is located at the intersection of 28th Street and Colorado State Highway 119. Major highways in the neighborhood include 28th Street and SH 119. 28th street forms a boundary to the east and SH 119 to the south. Other thoroughfares in Whittier include Pearl Street, Spruce Street, Walnut Street, Pine Street, Folsom Street, 20th Street and Alpine Avenue.
